A personal trainer can use Whop’s documented coaching and payment tools as a starting point for a service business. The offer still needs structure. Six training sessions, a library of videos, and ongoing message support are three different commitments; combining them should make the value clearer, not the boundaries harder to see.

Choose what the client is buying
Start with a concrete service unit: a session, a fixed coaching period, or ongoing support with a defined cadence. Explain whether live appointments, program updates, and check-ins are included. Keep health assessments and individualized exercise decisions within your qualifications and appropriate private systems.
This article concerns business packaging, not exercise or medical advice. Do not promise physical outcomes or bundle restricted health products into a fitness offer without reviewing Whop’s business eligibility rules.
| Component | Promise to define |
|---|---|
| Live training | Number, length, location, and booking process |
| Program review | Frequency and inputs required from the client |
| Message support | Channel, response window, and scope |
| Educational content | Included materials and access period |
Separate a session package from a subscription
An illustrative six-session package at $60 per session totals $360. If two sessions are completed, four remain. A monthly coaching subscription, by contrast, renews according to its stated terms and may include a different mix of services. A finite package should not quietly become an indefinite charge.
Whop’s pricing guide explains one-time and recurring offers plus product-based app access. Use our subscriptions and installments guide to decide how the payment schedule maps to the service period.
Keep session availability credible
The official Calendar Bookings guide describes paid bookings and configurable availability. Check that your chosen flow does not collect a package payment and then charge again for each included session. Maintain a session ledger unless you have verified a suitable credit-tracking integration.
If each one-hour session also needs fifteen minutes of notes and preparation, six sessions consume seven and a half working hours. The example $360 package therefore produces $48 gross per occupied hour before venue costs, fees, tax, and other expenses. Adding unlimited messaging reduces that figure further unless you account for the time.
Build a useful client space
A small workspace can hold agreed educational materials, appointment instructions, and check-in guidance. It does not need a busy community feed. Avoid placing private health details where other members can see them, and test product permissions with a customer-level view.
For the first offer, choose a service you can deliver consistently to a small number of clients. Track missed appointments, support time, and whether clients know their next step. Those observations are more useful than adding another membership tier immediately.
Our coaching setup guide covers the broader workspace. If Whop fits your eligible coaching service, open a business through AdsX’s referral link and pilot one package with explicit session and support limits.
